Description

Prosjektet er en følgeevaluering av hvordan langvaktsordninger etter SFS 2310 innføres og praktiseres i kommunale helse- og omsorgstjenester, og i mer begrenset omfang i barnevernstjenester. Evalueringen skal belyse erfaringer fra arbeidsgivere, tillitsvalgte, ansatte og tjenestemottakere, samt ordningenes betydning for blant annet arbeidsmiljø, helse, heltidsandel og kvalitet og kontinuitet i tjenestene. Resultatene skal gi partene et kunnskapsgrunnlag for videre vurdering og utvikling av avtalen.
