I Tromsø kommune faktureres kommunale avgifter samlet, men de ulike avgiftstypene tilhører separate enheter, og grunnlagene forberedes i egne systemer. Det er enhet for regnskap og innfordring som har det overordnede ansvaret for faktureringen og som eier det sentrale kunderegisteret med oversikt over eiendommer og eiere. Formålet med kjøpet er å anskaffe et nytt system for å beregne, utskrive, fakturere kommunale gebyr og eiendomsskatt. Systemet skal erstatte dagens løsning, som avvikles
