Description

DSS skal anskaffe og ta i bruk et elektronisk varslingssystem for mottak og håndtering av varsler om kritikkverdige forhold etter arbeidsmiljøloven. Varslingssystemet skal være et første mottakspunkt for varsler og skal understøtte dialog, saksbehandling og oppfølging av varslingssaker i tråd med gjeldende lovverk. Leverandøren av varslingssystemet skal foreta en initialvurdering av om innsendt melding klassifiseres som varsel etter arbeidsmiljøloven og formidle den innledende vurderingen til virksomheten som videre følger opp og håndterer varselet.
