How the award is decided
Completed V05 Price Form, Competence and experience of the offered key personnel weighted at 70% Tenderers shall submit a completed "V07 CV template" for the four (4) offered key persons. The Contracting Authority deems project manager (PL), Site Manager (AL), Engineering Design Group Manager (PGL) and ITB Coordinator as key personnel in the team. The key persons offered shall be the same persons who shall be carry out the assignment. The roles shall be covered by different persons. Questionnaire reference weighted to 30% In addition a completed "V08 Questionnaire for reference" shall be submitted for both of the reference projects for the key persons.
