Under dette kriteriet vurderes total evalueringssum i Bilag 4A – Prisskjema, Oppdragsgiver vil evaluere tilbudt service og beredskapsløsning for maskinene basert på leverandørenes besvarelse av krav nr. 3.6, 3.7 og 3.8. Tiltakene og løsningene er forpliktende for leverandøren gjennom hele avtaleperioden. Det vil særlig bli lagt vekt på evne til å sikre rask og effektiv håndtering av driftskritiske feil herunder for eksempel: • Faktisk tilgjengelighet av serviceteknikere, herunder kapasitet basert på operative maskiner innenfor teknikeres nedslagsfelt • Responstid • Tilgjengelighet av reservedeler Evalueringen vil skje basert på en helhetlig vurdering av beskrivelsen på service og beredskapsløsningen leverandøren har beskrevet.
