How the award is decided

Price, Quality competence and experience for the offered personnel, This is a procurement of environmental consultancy services. In accordance with chapters 7.2 and 7.3 in "Guidelines on rules on climate and environmental considerations in public procurements", this procurement is considered to be a procurement of consultancy and analysis services that, in their nature, have an immaterial climate footprint and an immaterial environmental impact.   As this procurement has a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is immaterial, the exclusionary provision in the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9 (5) is therefore used, and The Directorate of Public Construction and Property is therefore exempted from the obligations to weight the environment or to prioritise the environment among the three highest prioritised award criteria.
