Description

Kristiansund kommune skal etablere ny serviceavtale for alle heiser i Kristiansund kommune sine bygg. Det er for tiden cirka 54 heiser i kommunen. Alle heiser er for tiden i bruk. Det må påregnes avbrekk i kontrollen, da en del av heisene ikke kan bli stående over lengre tid.Antallet heiser vil imidlertid kunne variere gjennom avtaleperioden. Endring av antall kan ha ulike årsaker, det kan være tilføring av nye bygg, evt ombygging, fraflytting, riving e.l.  Oppdragsgiver skal derfor til enhver tid kun betale service for de heiser som er i drift.Med bakgrunn i statistikk er anskaffelsens verdi/volum estimert til ca 1 200 000,- NOK pr. år. Oppgitt beløp er ikke bindende for oppdragsgiver, men er oppgitt kun for å antyde anbudets omfang. Rammeavtalens beløp totalt kan komme oppmot ca 6 000 000,-.
