IKTNH er et interkommunalt selskap som består av kommunene Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Etne, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Samnanger, Sveio, Tysnes, Vaksdal og Vindafjord. IKTNH, SYSIKT og IKT Nordfjord har inngått samkjøpsavtale i denne konkurransen. SYSIKT kommunalt oppgåvefellesskap inkluderer følgende 8 kommuner; Askvoll, Fjaler, Hyllestad, Høyanger, Solund, Vik, Luster, Sunnfjord. IKT Nordfjord er et oppgavefelleskap, som inkluderer følgende kommuner; Bremanger, Gloppen, Kinn, Stad og Stryn. IKTNH skal gjennomføre felles anbudskonkurranse på Microsoftlisenser og vil fortrinnsvis ha disse avtalene gjennom en LAR.
