Bærum kommune, heretter kalt oppdragsgiver, innbyr til åpen anbudskonkurranse i forbindelse med inngåelse av kontrakt for kjøp av næringsmidler i Bærum kommune.Rammeavtalen omfatter følgende andre virksomheter: Veas ASOppdragsgiver er forpliktet til å benytte rammeavtalen ved anskaffelser som omfattes av avtalen. Leverandøren er etter bestilling fra oppdragsgiver forpliktet til å levere i samsvar med kontraktens bestemmelser.Bærum kommune skal være en klimaklok kommune der det er lett å bo, arbeide og leve på en måte som ivaretar klima og miljø.Bærum kommune har stort søkelys på sikkerhet og beredskap.Bærum kommune er med i prosjektet Kortreist mat.
