Description
The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for service and maintenance of the municipality ́s doors. Sirdal municipality shall enter into a contract for service and expert inspections, as well as minor repairs (up to NOK 30,000 excluding VAT per repair case). The municipality has currently approx. 50 gates divided between different locations. The municipality needs, among other things: - Service on gates - Regular inspections of the gates ́ function Minor repairs - Consultancy in connection with future upgrades. Part 2 annex 4a., - Service agreement - Maintenance plan Response time The tenderer ́s tender shall present a draft of a service contract in accordance with the needs of the Contracting Authority. A plan for maintenance shall also be presented. The service provider ́s response time shall be stated., Tenderers shall give an account of how they will ensure lowest possible emissions of CO2 for contract works. The description is binding for the tenderer. The account shall not exceed 1000 words.
