Description

Det ønskes tilbud på fikseringsutstyr for strålebehandling i hode-/halsregionen. Det bes om tilbud på fire stk identiske hode-/halsunderlag med tilhørende hodestøtter (en CT og tre behandlingsenheter). Hodestøtter ønskes fortrinnsvis i skum. Dersom stereotaktisk hjernebestråling krever ytterligere utstyr, for eksempel ekstra hode-/halsunderlag eller adapter til tilbudt hode-/halsunderlag, bes det om tilbud på to stk/sett av dette (en CT og en behandlingsenhet). Det bes også om tilbud på rammeavtale på 4 år med mulighet for prolongering 1+1 år, på masker tilhørende tilbudt(e) hode-/halsunderlag og/eller adapter.
