Description

Anskaffelsen gjelder levering, installasjon, konfigurering og opplæring i bruk av en automatisert pipetteringsplattform for bibliotekspreparering av DNA- og RNA-prøver til neste generasjons sekvensering (NGS). Løsningen skal understøtte Illumina TSO500 v2 og oppfylle de funksjonelle og tekniske kravene som fremgår av konkurransegrunnlaget. Leveransen omfatter utstyr, tilhørende programvare, nødvendig dokumentasjon, implementering samt service- og supportytelser. Det vil inngås avtale om levering av utstyrsspesifikke forbruksvarer med valgt leverandør ved behov.
