Description
The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement that covers the Norwegian Armed Forces ́ continuous need for network studies in study preparation disciplines. The service shall support the execution of education alongside the initial service and ensure a predictable and administratively efficient call-off model with uniform quality, reporting and terms in the contract period. See Part II - General Contract Terms, Annex B - Requirement Specifications for further details on the procurement ́s extent.
