How the award is decided

Total price for the duration of the agreement, Functional requirement specifications, User Experience Requirement Specifications, Technical requirement specifications, Requirement specifications for establishment and training., Service level requirement specifications, The contracting authority would like to meet the need for a system for registering hours and work plans, which is primarily a service procurement (SaaS), which shall i.a. ensure that Oslo municipality can comply with the law and contract works. The procurement is for a very limited degree of travel activities and it will only take place in the case of any physical consultancy services from the chosen tenderer. A direct climate footprint as a result of the procurement is therefore expected to be of a modest character. If a consideration takes the sub-supplier chains, possible climate footprint and environmental impact may arise for the operation of a computer centre. The service provider ́s influence over this energy consumption and the possible environmental impact is, however, very limited and it is aimless for Oslo municipality to emphasise or set requirements in the requirement specifications of the above in this procurement. Based on this, the procurement is, in its nature, to have immaterial climate footprint and environmental impact, and therefore falls under the exception rule in PPR § 7-9 (5).
