How the award is decided

1.0 Price, calculated based on the following: 1.1 Weighted tender price stated in Appendix 3, Price Schedule 2.5., 2.0 Delivery reliability and quality beyond the minimum requirements, assessed on the basis of the following: 2.1 Delivery time for the equipment, as well as the plan for carrying out the delivery, including arrangements for trial operation and training of the purchaser’s machine operators (10%). Sub-criteria 2.2 and 2.3 are weighted at 30% based on an overall assessment: 2.2 Operator environment, including, among other things, protection from dust and noise, sound insulation, seating comfort, visibility (forward/rearward), operation of instruments and controls, and other health, safety and working environment considerations. 2.3 Reach and viewing height of the machine, as well as the overall functionality, technical quality and operational reliability of the equipment., 3.0 Climate and environment, based on an assessment of the following qualities beyond the minimum requirements that contribute to the machine’s service life and operational reliability, cf. requirements no. 59–72 in Appendix 2: 3.1 The machine’s maintenance requirements, the quality of the service agreement, options for machine monitoring, and supervision during the initial operating period. 3.2 Availability and response time for repair services, as well as access to and delivery times for spare parts. 3.3 Availability of spare parts, warranty period and terms, and the extent to which parts can be repaired or replaced.
