Stortingets administrasjon skal inngå avtale med én leverandør av eiendomsmeglertjenester som kan tilby profesjonelle tjenester med høy servicegrad både overfor Stortingets administrasjon som selger og overfor potensielle kjøpere.Avtalen skal omfatte alle tilknyttede tjenester fram til salg er gjennomført og leilighet overlevert, herunder innhenting av takst, annonsering, gjennomføring av visninger og budrunder.
