Description
Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå en rammeavtale som sikrer Norske tog fleksibel tilgang til anskaffelsesfaglig bistand ved behov for ekstra kapasitet eller særskilt kompetanse. Avtalen skal primært dekke operativ bistand til planlegging, gjennomføring og kvalitetssikring av offentlige anskaffelser, men kan også omfatte rådgivning, analyse- og utredningsarbeid, kontraktsoppfølging, prosessforbedring og kompetansehevende tiltak. Oppdragene kan variere fra kortvarige rådgivningsoppdrag til lengre ressursinnleie. Norske tog har som hensikt inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør.
