Description
Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør for juridiske tjenester. Selv om Norske tog har en egen innkjøps- og juridisk avdeling med juridisk kompetanse, oppstår det jevnlig behov for ekstern juridisk bistand. Dette gjelder særlig saker som krever spesialistkompetanse, tilfeller med behov for økt kapasitet, eller problemstillinger som faller utenfor avdelingens kjernekompetanse. Ekstern juridisk rådgivning bidrar dermed til å sikre tilstrekkelig kapasitet og tilgang til relevant fagkompetanse i komplekse og ressurskrevende saker.
