Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå rammeavtaler for å dekke Innlandet fylkeskommune sitt løpende behov for vedlikeholdsarbeid og mindre til mellomstore prosjekter, innenfor fagområdet bygningsmessige arbeider (tømrer, grunnarbeider, etc.). Oppdragene vil være geografisk begrenset til områdene Hamar, Stange og Ringsaker. Oppdragsgiver har til hensikt å inngå avtale med 2 leverandører.Dette forutsetter at det kommer inn tilstrekkelig antall kvalifiserte tilbud.
