Description

The assignment is for security guard services for the courthouse in Tromsø. The Courthouse in Tromsø is located in the outskirts of the city centre, just off Tromsø Bridge. The Courthouse has premises in three floors and a basement and has a usable area of approx. 5,000 m2 and consists of a meeting hall, 11 courtrooms, teaching rooms, meeting rooms, canteen, office departments etc. There are approx. 60 employees in the courthouse in Tromsø, and the number of visitors is estimated to be approx. 50-60 on average per day.

The award criteria will be evaluated based on the evaluation sum stated in the price form., The tenderer will be evaluated on quality, including: 1) The offered operations manager and local security guard ́s competence and experience (weighted 40%). 2) Staffing plan, training and absence management (weighted 20 %). 3) The offered system to ensure a quick response time for alarm call-outs (weighted 20%). 4) The offered system for quality assurance, reporting and handling deviations (weighted 20%).
