Description

Kinn kommune vil med denne anskaffinga inngå avtale med en totalentreprenør for å rive eksisterende bygg og oppføring av nytt servicebygg på øya Kinn. Prosjektet omfatter etablering av et nytt, funksjonelt og robust servicebygg tilpasset stedets særegne beliggenhet, klima og bruk. Tiltaket inkluderer full riving og miljøsanering av eksisterende bygningsmasse, samt prosjektering og oppføring av nytt bygg med tilhørende tekniske installasjoner og utomhusarbeider. Det vil bli lagt vekt på løsninger med god kvalitet, lavt vedlikeholdsbehov og hensyn til kulturmiljø og landskap.
