How the award is decided
<></p>, Documented experience projects that refer to the most relevant and best competence/experience in the different areas described in the attached competition provisions, point xxxx. The three areas will count equally in the evaluation., The assignment involves limited transport by passenger car in connection with physical attendance. The contracting authority requires that all such transport shall be carried out by public transport, possibly zero emission vehicles. The requirement ensures that significant climate and environmental impacts connected to transport are eliminated. Relevant or proportional environmental qualities have therefore not been identified for the transport that are suitable for further competition through award criteria. The Contracting Authority uses, on this basis, the Public Procurements Act § 5b second paragraph, the third period.
