Description
Procurement of transport services from the Norwegian Police Shared Services (Politiets fellestjenester, PFT) at Jaren. Daily collection and onward transport of parcels and general cargo from Jaren to police stations and other cooperation partners throughout Norway, including return shipments. Non-exclusive option for international shipments, as well as express and ADR shipments. Contract with one (1) supplier. The agreement is an ongoing service agreement without a fixed end date, with a mutual right of termination with three months' notice, intended as a temporary agreement (expected approx. 12 months, but it may run longer). Award criteria: price (70 %) and climate and environmental considerations (30 %).

How the award is decided
Total evaluation sum in Annex 5 Appendix 1 Price form (standard prices multiplied by the estimated volume per police district and weight class, plus the surcharge for Svalbard). The lowest sum is awarded 10 points, the others proportionately, cf. the Rules for the competition, section 7.1., Share of climate-friendly distribution (80 %): the total share of the Customer's shipments delivered to the recipient with climate-friendly vehicles (electricity, hydrogen or biogas), calculated in Annex 2 Appendix 1 on the basis of the offered share per police district and the Customer's shipment volume in 2025, cf. assessment requirement B1. The highest total share is awarded 10 points, the others proportionately. The minimum requirement of 50 % in requirement A16 applies regardless of the evaluation. Climate-friendly collection at Jaren (20 %): from which month after start-up the daily collection is carried out with climate-friendly vehicles, cf. assessment requirement B2. Evaluated in accordance with the Rules for the competition, section 7.2.
