Furnizare, instalare, testare, instruire personal beneficiar si punere in functiune instalatie pentru cresterea monocristalelor prin metoda Czochralski cu control automat al diametrului. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cel tarziu in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.

How the award is decided

Punctajul se acorda astfel: a) Pentru cel mai scazut dintre preturi se acorda punctajul maxim alocat; b) Pentru celelalte preturi ofertate punctajul P(n) se calculeaza proportional, astfel: P(n) = (Pret minim ofertat / Pret n) x punctaj maxim alocat., - 0 (zero) puncte pentru oferta fara garantie suplimentara; - 5 (cinci) puncte pentru oferta cu 6 luni garantie suplimentara; - 10 (zece) puncte pentru oferta cu 12 luni garanție suplimentara. Termenele de garantie intermediare se vor asimila punctajului inferior acordat. Spre exemplu, ofertarea unei garantii suplimentare de 8 luni va primi 5 puncte. Orice echipament ofertat cu un termen de garantie mai mic de 12 luni este considerat neconform.
