Aceste produse se vor achizitiona in vederea reinnoirii Parcului de masini si utilaje al Regiei Nationale a Padurilor – Romsilva, precum si pentru asigurarea tehnica cu utilaje specifice in vederea indeplinirii indicatorilor specifici. Achizitionarea de tractoare articulate forestiere (TAF-uri) pentru a înnoi și moderniza parcul de utilaje a Regiei Naţionale a Pădurilor – Romsilva” având ca scop îndeplinirea activității de exploatare a masei lemnoase și a lucrărilor de pregătire a terenului în vederea împăduririi, întreținerea plantațiilor și pregătirea terenului pentru culturile din pepiniere.

Punctajul se acorda astfel: a) Pentru cel mai scazut dintre preturi se acorda punctajul maxim alocat; b) Pentru celelalte preturi ofertate punctajul P(n) se calculeaza proportional, astfel: P(n) = (Pret minim ofertat / Pret n) x punctaj maxim alocat., Garanția comercială extinsă peste perioada obligatorie de 2 ani (se acordă câte 3 puncte pentru fiecare an de garanție comercială extinsă peste perioada obligatorie de 2 ani. O garanție comercială extinsă mai mare de 3 ani se va puncta cu maximum 10 puncte)
