How the award is decided
Punctajul se acorda astfel: a) Pentru cel mai scazut dintre preturi se acorda punctajul maxim alocat; b) Pentru celelalte preturi ofertate punctajul P(n) se calculeaza proportional, astfel: P(n) = (Pret minim ofertat / Pret n) x punctaj maxim alocat., Intervalul care se puncteaza este intre 1 si 4ani. Pentru o perioada de garanţie de minim 4 ani se acordă punctajul maxim de 10 puncte. Ofertele cu perioada de garanţie peste durata de 4 ani nu vor fi punctate suplimentar. Ofertele cu o perioada de garanţie mai scurtă de 1 an vor fi declarate neconforme. Punctajul acordat va fi astfel: Pentru ofertele care prezintă o perioada de garanţie de 1 an = 0 puncte. Pentru ofertele care prezintă o perioada de garanţie de 2 ani = 3 puncte. Pentru ofertele care prezintă o perioada de garanţie de 3 ani = 6 puncte. Pentru ofertele care prezintă o perioadă de garanţie de 4 ani = 10 puncte. Punctajul maxim este de 10 puncte si se acorda pentru perioada de garanţie de 4 ani sau mai mult. Nu se acorda punctaj intermediar pentru intervale mai mici de 1 an.
