Predmetom zákazky je dodanie a montáž elektronického systému uzamykania kontajnerových stojísk na území mesta Levoča vrátane jeho konfigurácie, naprogramovania, uvedenia do prevádzky, vykonania skúšok a funkčných testov, zaškolenia objednávateľa a zabezpečenia prevádzky, podpory a údržby systému počas obdobia 60 mesiacov. Predmet zákazky zahŕňa dodanie hardvérových a softvérových častí systému, licencií, príslušenstva a všetkých činností potrebných na vytvorenie úplného a funkčného riešenia elektronického uzamykania kontajnerových stojísk. Presný rozsah dodávky, technické parametre, množstvá a jednotlivé miesta inštalácie sú uvedené v technickej špecifikácii, výkaze výmer a zozname miest inštalácie v súťažných podkladoch.
