Jediným kritériom na vyhodnotenie ponúk bude najnižšia hodnota aditívneho koeficientu variabilnej zložky ceny v EUR bez DPH. Uchádzač stanoví svoju cenu (výšku aditívneho koeficientu) na základe svojho slobodného rozhodnutia. Verejný obstarávateľ považuje uchádzačom stanovenú cenu koeficientu variabilnej zložky ceny za cenu, v ktorej uchádzač započítal všetky svoje interné náklady súvisiace s dodaním predmetu zákazky v požadovanej kvalite, podľa zmluvných podmienok (t.j. bez ceny silovej zložky elektriny a distribučných poplatkov).
