Description
Predmetom zákazky je dodanie komplexného laboratórneho systému skenovacieho elektrónového mikroskopu (SEM) vrátane integrovaného energiovo-disperzného röntgenového analyzátora (EDS), všetkých potrebných riadiacich, napájacích a vákuových jednotiek, detektorov, prevádzkovej a analytickej softvérovej výbavy, ako aj kompletného príslušenstva potrebného na uvedenie zariadenia do plnej prevádzky. Podrobná technická špecifikácia a požadované minimálne technické parametre zariadenia sú uvedené v súťažných podkladoch.
