Jediným kritériom na vyhodnotenie ponúk je predloženie ponuky na minimálne 15 položiek. Návrh ceny na minimálne 15 položiek tovarov uchádzač uvedie v EUR bez DPH. Návrh ceny na minimálne 15 položiek tovarov v EUR bez DPH pre danú súťaž má len informatívny charakter a nie je rozhodujúca pre zadanie zákazky. Celková zmluvná cena rámcovej dohody na celé zmluvné obdobie bude stanovená ako maximálna cena vo výške predpokladanej hodnoty zákazky, t. j. 694 000,00 EUR bez DPH. Cenník, ktorý sa použije na objednávanie tovaru, bude vytvorený kombináciou najnižších cien všetkých uchádzačov pre každú z položiek.
