Description

Predmetom zákazky je poskytovania služieb HW maintenance na obdobie do 30.11.2027 v rozsahu: - zabezpečenie dodania originálnych náhradných dielov verejnému obstarávateľovi alebo ním poverenej tretej strane (dodávateľ SLA pre IS GP SR), - v prípade nemožnosti opravy daného komponentu alebo jeho časti zabezpečenie dodania celého nového zariadenia, - poskytovanie aktualizácií, bezpečnostných záplat, firmvéru, nových verzií ovládačov a softvérových častí hardvérových komponentov (súčasť ceny maintenance) verejnému obstarávateľovi alebo ním poverenej tretej strane, - zabezpečenie požadovaných časov odozvy na poskytovanie služieb HW maintenance v režime dodania nasledujúci pracovný deň po nahlásení incidentu, - poskytovanie súhrnnej informácie verejnému obstarávateľovi alebo ním poverenej tretej strane o vydaní nových verzií ovládačov, firmvéru alebo bezpečnostných záplatách výrobcov jednotlivých podporovaných komponentov minimálne jeden krát za štvrťrok, najneskôr do 10 pracovných dní od ukončenia predchádzajúceho štvrťroka, - telefonická alebo emailová podpora Helpdesk (vrátane ESSP), vrátane možnosti eskalácie riešenia incidentu na výrobcu.
