Description

Predmetom obstarávania (zákazky) je dodanie motorovej nafty podľa STN EN 590 (656506) v platnom znení v celkovom objeme 10 500 000,00 litrov počas platnosti zmluvného vzťahu. Motorová nafta musí spĺňať minimálne funkčné, prevádzkové a technické požiadavky v zmysle normy STN EN 590 (656506) podľa aktuálne platného znenia a vyhlášky NR SR č. 228/2014 Z. z. Ministerstva životného prostredia SR, ktorou sa ustanovujú požiadavky na kvalitu palív a vedenie prevádzkovej evidencie o palivách. Predpokladaný termín začatia dodávky: deň nadobudnutia účinnosti zmluvného vzťahu v súlade s platnou legislatívou Slovenskej republiky a podmienkami a lehotami v súlade so ZVO. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky tvorí Časť B Opis a stanovenie predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov, Prílohy B TECHNICKÁ ŠPECIFIKÁCIA PREDMETU ZÁKAZKY súťažných podkladov a Prílohy E NÁVRH ZÁVÄZNÝCH ZMLUVNÝCH PODMIENOK – RÁMCOVÁ DOHODA súťažných podkladov.
