Description

Predmetom zákazky je realizácia komplexu stavby, Národná nemocnica generála Milana Rastislava Štefánika, bližšie definovanej architektonickou štúdiou, ktorá tvorí prílohu týchto súťažných podkladov. Celé riešené územie a samotná stavba sú koncipované ako ucelený a plne krajinne integrovaný komplex. Z hľadiska výkonnostných a kapacitných požiadaviek je predmet zákazky exaktne definovaný hrubou podlahovou plochou nadzemných podlaží, ktorá predstavuje výmeru 140 268 štvorcových metrov. K tomu sa pridružuje hrubá podlahová plocha podzemných podlaží, s výmerou 122 925 štvorcových metrov. Verejné obstarávanie je realizované formou rokovacieho konania so zverejnením
