Description

Predmetom zákazky je poskytovanie služieb vo verejnom záujme vo vnútroštátnej pravidelnej mestskej autobusovej doprave na území mesta Nové Zámky (ďalej len „MAD“). Obstarávané služby sú v zmysle nariadenia Európskeho parlamentu a Rady (ES) č.1370/2007 z 23.10.2007 o službách vo verejnom záujme v železničnej a cestnej osobnej doprave, ktorým sa zrušujú nariadenia rady (EHS) č. 1191/69 a (EHS) č. 1107/70, v zmysle zákona NR SR č. 332/2023 Z. z. o verejnej osobnej doprave a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov službami vo verejnom záujme a vozidlový park bude zložený v súlade so zákonom NR SR č. 214/2021 Z. z.o podpore ekologických vozidiel cestnej dopravy a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov. Zámerom verejného obstarávateľa je zabezpečiť cestujúcej verejnosti bezpečné, efektívne a kvalitné dopravné služby v MAD, ich primeranú výkonnosť podľa potrieb dopravnej obslužnosti mesta.
