Description

Predmetom zákazky je zabezpečovanie komplexných, bezpečných a ekonomicky výhodných mobilných a pevných telekomunikačných služieb operátora pre hlasové SIM karty verejného obstarávateľa, vrátane internetových služieb ISP, pripojenia účastníka do verejnej telefónnej siete (PSTN), doplnkových verejných telekomunikačných služieb a dodávky mobilných telekomunikačných zariadení počas 48 mesiacov. Predmetom zákazky je zároveň zriadenie a prevádzkovanie služby na hromadné odosielanie SMS tzv. SMS Gateway. Dodanie koncových mobilných zariadení a príslušenstva predstavuje doplnkové plnenie, ktoré je prevádzkovo a technicky previazané s poskytovaním mobilných služieb. Koncové mobilné zariadenia s príslušenstvom budú používané výlučne v spojení so SIM alebo eSIM kartami poskytovateľa služieb a ich aktivácia, konfigurácia, správa, servis a reklamácie budú zabezpečované v rámci jedného zmluvného a zodpovednostného režimu. Verejný obstarávateľ požaduje jednotnú zodpovednosť za funkčnosť, kompatibilitu a prevádzkovú integritu mobilných služieb a koncových mobilných zariadení s príslušenstvom.
