Predmetom koncesie je najmä udelenie výhradného oprávnenia úspešnému uchádzačovi na dobu určitú a za podmienok návrhu koncesnej zmluvy zabezpečovať na vlastný účet a na vlastné prevádzkové riziko najmä obstaranie drahého kovu, prípravu výroby, razbu, balenie, skladovanie, distribúciu, propagáciu, priamy predaj, zákaznícku podporu, reklamácie, spätný odkup a reporting vo vzťahu k zlatým a strieborným investičným zberateľským eurominciam „BIATEC“ v rozsahu určenom návrhom Koncesnej zmluvy o udelení výhradného práva na razbu, distribúciu a predaj investičných zberateľských euromincí „BIATEC“ č. C-NBS1-000-123-678, ktorá sa nachádza v prílohe č. 1 k časti D. SAMOSTATNÉ PRÍLOHY koncesnej dokumentácie.
