Description

Predmetom plnenia zákazky je vykonanie Diela pre výkon inžinierskych a projektových činností stavby v rozsahu potrebnom pre vydanie rozhodnutia o stavebnom zámere a stavebného povolenia podľa zákona č. 25/2025 Z.z, Stavebný zákon a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov (ďalej len "Stavebný zákon"), vypracovanie dokumentácie pre výber zhotoviteľa stavby, geodetických prác, majetkoprávnych a koordinačných činností a činností v potrebnom rozsahu pre práce spojené s realizáciou.
