Predmetom zákazky je rekonštrukcia budovy internátu so zmenou dispozície, rekonštrukcia schodiska, spojovacej chodby a zateplenie jedálne, jednotlivé časti sú navzájom od seba dilatované a to v zmysle a v súlade s minimálnymi požiadavkami uvedenými v oddiele B.2 Súťažných podkladov - Opis predmetu zákazky, Prílohe č. 11 Súťažných podkladov - Projektová dokumentácia a Prílohe č. 1A Súťažných podkladov – Výkaz výmer.
