Description

Predmetom zákazky je priebežné dodávanie čistiacich a hygienických potrieb a spotrebného hygienického materiálu určeného na zabezpečenie prevádzky administratívnej budovy verejného obstarávateľa počas trvania Rámcovej dohody, podľa aktuálnych prevádzkových potrieb verejného obstarávateľa. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky je uvedené v časti B.1 a v Prílohe č. 5 súťažných podkladov.

How the award is decided

Verejný obstarávateľ vyhodnocuje ponuky na základe § 44 ods. 3 písm. c) ZVO, tzn. na základe najnižšej celkovej ceny v EUR s DPH za celý predmet zákazky. Návrh na plnenie kritéria na vyhodnotenie ponúk uchádzač uvedie do priloženého formuláru „Návrh na plnenie kritéria na vyhodnotenie ponúk“, ktorý tvorí prílohu č. 5 súťažných podkladov, pričom uvedený Návrh na plnenie kritéria na vyhodnotenie ponúk uchádzača musí obsahovať ocenené všetky položky prílohy č. 5 - Návrh na plnenie kritéria na vyhodnotenie ponúk. Ponuka, ktorá nebude obsahovať ocenenie všetkých položiek, bude považovaná za neúplnú a bude vylúčená.
