Predmetom zákazky je dodanie a implementácia SW nástrojov a služieb kybernetickej a informačnej bezpečnosti (SOC- Security Operations Center). Predmetom zákazky sa rozširuje pôvodná primárna ochrana prostredia (firewall, antivírus, DLP, MFA a iné nástroje) o rozšírený pohľad z hľadiska „multivendor strategy“ Predmet zákazky je podrobne vymedzený v časti B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov.

Celková cena za celý predmet zákazky v EUR bez DPH.

How the award is decided

Verejný obstarávateľ vyhodnotí ponuky v súlade s § 44 ods. 3 písm. c) zákona o verejnom obstarávaní na základe kritéria – Najnižšia cena. Jediným kritériom na vyhodnotenie ponúk je celková cena za celý predmet zákazky vypočítaná a vyjadrená v eurách bez DPH. Po určení poradia na základe predložených ponúk, verejný obstarávateľ vyzve elektronickými prostriedkami súčasne všetkých uchádzačov, ktorých ponuky spĺňajú určené podmienky na účasť v elektronickej aukcii a predloženie nových cien v elektronickej aukcii. Výsledkom elektronickej aukcie bude zostavenie objektívneho poradia ponúk podľa najnižšej ceny za celý predmet zákazky v EUR bez DPH automatizovaným vyhodnotením. Ďalšie informácie a podmienky uskutočnenia elektronickej aukcie sú uvedené v časti B.4 Informácie o priebehu elektronickej aukcie súťažných podkladov.
