Predmetom zákazky je dodanie, inštalácia a schválenie vlakového zabezpečovača ETCS Level 2, Baseline 4 (ETCS BL4-ATO) do 10ks dieselových rušňov radu 757 (ďalej len „LOK 757“) v súlade s normami a technickými špecifikáciami TSI/EN/STN. Výrobcom LOK 757 sú Železničné opravovne a strojárne Zvolen, a.s. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky je uvedené v časti B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov a v návrhu zmluvy o dielo.
