Description

V skladu z določili Zakona o javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 91/15, 14/18, 121/21, 10/22, 74/22 – odl. US, 100/22 – ZNUZSZS, 28/23, 88/23 – ZOPNN-F in 83/25– ZOUL; v nadaljevanju: ZJN-3) in na podlagi obvestila o javnem naročilu, Občina Dravograd, Trg 4. julija 7, 2370 Dravograd (v nadaljevanju: naročnik) vabi vse zainteresirane ponudnike k oddaji ponudbe za javno naročilo »Izvajanje prevozov osnovnošolskih otrok v Občini Dravograd od 1. 12. 2026 do 24. 6. 2027«. Ponudbe morajo biti v celoti pripravljene v skladu s predmetno dokumentacijo v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila, ki je brezplačno dostopna na Portalu javnih naročil RS, Uradnem listu Evropske Unije (portalu TED) in spletni strani naročnika.
