Merilo za izbor najugodnejšega ponudnika je ekonomsko najugodnejša ponudba za (posamezen) sklop, določena na podlagi najnižje ponudbene cene za vso količino v EUR brez DDV. Če dva ali več ponudnikov ponudi enako ponudbeno ceno za vso količino (v EUR brez DDV), bo izbran tisti ponudnik, ki prej odda ponudbo (upošteva se datum in ura prejetja ponudbe v sistem e-JN)., Merilo za izbor najugodnejšega ponudnika (v sklopih 1, 2) je ekonomsko najugodnejša ponudba za (posamezen) sklop, določena na podlagi najnižje ponudbene cene za vso količino v EUR brez DDV. Če dva ali več ponudnikov ponudi enako ponudbeno ceno za vso količino (v EUR brez DDV), bo izbran tisti ponudnik, ki prej odda ponudbo (upošteva se datum in ura prejetja ponudbe v sistem e-JN).
