Description

Naročnik s tem javnim naročilom naroča razno medicinsko opremo, in sicer po naslednjih sklopih: 1. Enota za elektrohidravlično litotripsijo 2. Autorefraktorkeratonometra 3. Termodezinfektor 4. Aparat za radioferkvenčno terapijo (TECAR) 5. OCT aparat Ponudnik lahko odda ponudba za enega, več ali vse sklope. Iz obrazcev ePRO – specifikacije in ePRO – predračun so razvidne količine opreme, ki jo v posameznem sklopu naroča naročnik. Ponudnik mora v posameznem sklopu dobaviti celotno količino. Mesto dobave ter ostali pogoji dobave so razvidni iz obrazca ePRO – vzorec pogodbe.
