Predmet javnega razpisa je podelitev ene koncesije za opravljanje javne zdravstvene službe na primarni ravni na področju fizioterapije v skupnem obsegu 2,00 programa. Vrsta dejavnosti po veljavni klasifikaciji in šifra ZZZS: VZD 507 028. Koncesijska dejavnost se financira iz sredstev obveznega zdravstvenega zavarovanja na podlagi pogodbe o financiranju koncesijske dejavnosti, sklenjene med koncesionarjem in Zavodom za zdravstveno zavarovanje Slovenije. Območje izvajanja koncesijske dejavnosti je Občina Železniki.
