Najnižja ponudbena cena
How the award is decided
Najnižja prilagojena ponudbena cena: Prilagojena ponudbena cena je sestavljena iz ponudbene cene, povečane za vrednost razlike prihodka v obdobju 15 let med ponudnikom z najvišjim prihodkom ter posameznim ponudnikom. Ponudniku z najvišjim prihodkom (V_prihodek_1) se bo vrednotila le ponudbena cena. Preostalim ponudnikom se bo poleg njihove ponudbene cene prištela še razlika prihodka med najvišjim in ponujenim prihodkom in prihodkom posameznega ponudnika. Za ceno se bo upoštevala odkupna cena 95 €/MWh., Izbrana bo ponudba z najnižjo končno ceno brez DDV.
