Predmet naročila je razdeljen na dva sklopa: Sklop 1: Storitve oglaševanja v Sloveniji (priprava medijskega načrta, adaptacija enostavnih tiskanih in digitalnih oglasov, priprava radijskih oglasov, izvedba medijskega zakupa, spremljanje rezultatov kampanj in prilagajanje strategij, če je potrebno), Sklop 2: Storitve oglaševanja v tujini (priprava medijskega načrta, adaptacija enostavnih tiskanih in digitalnih oglasov, izvedba medijskega zakupa, spremljanje rezultatov kampanj in prilagajanje strategij, če je potrebno). Naročnik bo sklenil okvirni sporazum za posamezen sklop z največ tremi ponudniki.
