Za izvedbo predmetnega javnega naročila bo izbran ponudnik, ki bo ob izpolnjevanju vseh razpisnih zahtev in pogojev, za predmet naročila zbral največje število točk, izračunanih na podlagi meril v nadaljevanju. Merila, ki bodo uporabljena pri ocenjevanju ponudb in izbiri najugodnejše ponudbe : 1. Skupna ponudbena vrednost za vzpostavitev in zagotavljanje operativnega delovanja sistemov kibernetskih zaščit ter storitev varnostno-operativnega centra (T1) do 80 točk 2. Dodatne ustrezne reference ponudnika za NDR (T2) do 5 točk 3. Dodatne ustrezne reference ponudnika za SUVID/SIEM (T3) do 5 točk 4. Dodatna dokazila o sodelovanju s strankami za opravljanje storitev SOC (T4) do 10 točk SKUPAJ (T1+T2+T3+T4) do 100 točk
