Upphandlingen omfattar Luleå kommuns alla verksamheters behov av flyttjänster samt magasinering. Med flyttjänster kan avses flytt av diverse gods såsom möbler av olika slag, förekommande inventarier eller kontor. Det kan vara variation i skick och förutsättningar gällande uppdragen. Tjänsten ska kunna utföras inom hela Luleå kommun. Luleå kommun har även möjlighet att avropa specialtransport av konstföremål och antivikteter men det är ingen skyldighet och får köpas in utanför detta avtal.
