Description
Goods The CNC is seeking to procure non-lethal simulation ammunition, including high-reliability marking cartridges, silent and blank training rounds. The ammunition must provide realistic recoil and accurate short-range ballistic performance for close-quarters battle (CQB) training, while avoiding damage to standard armour, equipment or training environments. Weapon conversion kits must be temporary and user-installable, including suitable bolt assemblies, barrel replacements and slide conversions to adapt duty firearms for use with simulation rounds. The conversion hardware must incorporate a mechanical safety barrier that physically prevents the chambering or firing of live, lethal ammunition while installed.
